For most clients, selling or buying a home is a major financial and emotional decision, a responsibility I don't take lightly. Being a realtor, homeowner, and married to a building contractor, I've become familiar with many aspects of real estate--designing, building, subdividing, property management, etc.
Kauai county has many nuances that are important to understand, such as building codes and land-use guidelines, permitting processes, flood insurance requirements, zoning, and vacation rental laws.
I'm very detail-oriented, and I'm here to support the process, ensuring any client in my care is fully informed in order to make clear decisions that truly align with their real estate goals. ABOUT
As a regular yoga practitioner and teacher, I find my practice helps me remain calm and focused in my work, which I balance with motherhood. In addition to yoga, I have many loves! I cherish my family and spending time with them (especially at the beach--our happy place!) or simply hanging out at home. I'm passionate about healthy living and enjoy cooking and eating homegrown, quality food. We are so spoiled with the plethora of fresh organic foods available here on Kauai. I also love reading inspiring books, especially real stories/biographies, artistic projects than involve creating with my hands, writing, and traveling abroad.
